How We Communicate
01.
We confirm your clean and date 1 week in advance.
02.
You have until 3pm the day before to request a change.
03.
We tell you your time slot at 5pm the day before your clean.
04.
After your clean we check you are 100% happy.
05.
We collect payment by direct debit 3 - 5 days later.
